To use AD Self Password Reset you first need to enroll, once enrolled you can reset your password and unlock your account by answering several personal security questions.
If you have enrolled in the Password Reset system and have forgotten your password or are locked out then you can click "Reset Password".
If you know your existing password then you can click "Change Password" to immediately change your password to something else.
